MCA has issued the circular for Relaxation of additional fees and extension of last date of filing of Form AOC-4 XBRL E-Forms using Ind AS under the Companies Act, 2013. The Ministry on the basis of the recommendations received from various stakeholders, has decided to extend the last date of filing of financials prepared in accordance with the Indian Accounting Standards upto 30th April, 2018 from its original date 31st March, 2018. Every Company, including listed entities, having net worth of more than Rs. 500 Crores and their subsidiary, holding & associate companies are required to prepare their financials on IndAS basis for the year 2016-2017.

MCA has issued the much awaited circular for extension of CoDS Scheme, 2018. The Ministry on the basis of the recommendations received from various stakeholders, has decided to extend the Condonation of Delay Scheme, 2018 upto 30th April, 2018 from its original date 31st March, 2018. Under the scheme all defaulting companies having active status can file their pending financials, annual return and appointment of auditors along with the fees as prescribed in Section 403 of the Act. The eForm CoDS can be uploaded after filing of all pending forms with a lump-sum fee of Rs. 30,000/-.
