MCA has revised the version of e-forms : Form CHG-8 (Application to Central Government for extension of time for filing particulars of registration of creation / modification / satisfaction of charge OR for rectification of omission or misstatement of any particular in respect of creation/ modification/ satisfaction of charge), Form AOC-4 (Form for filing financial statement and other documents with the Registrar) andForm 20-B (Filing annual return by a company having a share capital with the Registrar) w.e.f. 22nd October, 2016. Stakeholders are advised to check the latest version before filing.

MCA is likely to update LLP Forms : Form LLP 3 (Information with regard to limited liability partnership agreement and changes, if any, made therein) and Form LLP 4 (Notice of appointment, cessation, change in name/ address/designation of a designated partner or partner. and consent to become a partner/designated partner ) w.e.f. 20th October 2016. Stakeholders are advised to check the latest version before filing. Form- wise date of last version change is available at on the website of MCA.
