MCA has extended the date of filing the Form AOC-4 (Financial Statement), Form AOC-4 (XBRL) and Form AOC-4 (CFS) with ROC, to October 29, 2016 for Companies whose due date of Annual General Meeting is on or after 01.04.2016. Such Companies can file the above forms without the payment of additional fees. The extension has been granted in the light of the revisions in Form AOC-4, Form AOC-4 (XBRL) and Form AOC-4 (CFS).

MCA has designated the ‘Court of Additional Sessions Judge-03, South-West District, Dwarka’ as the Special Court under Section 435 of the Companies Act, 2013 in respect of jurisdiction of National Capital Territory of Delhi. Section 435 (1) empowers the Central Government to establish or designate, by way of notification, as many Special Courts as may be necessary for the purposes of providing speedy trial of offences punishable under the Companies Act, 2013 with imprisonment of two years or more. The Central Government hereby, with the concurrence of the Chief Justice of the High Court of Delhi, designates that Court as Special Court for the purposes of providing speedy trial of offences punishable under the Companies Act, 2013 with imprisonment of two years or more under the Companies Act, 2013.
