MCA Update : Annual Filings Forms 23AC/ACA

Annual filing forms 23AC, 23 ACA, 23B, 20B, 21A, which were removed earlier due to updation in MCA Portal, shall be available for stakeholders on MCA 21 portal by mid-August-2016.
Thus if you are looking for annual filings of companies falling under the provision of the Companies Act, 1956, you need to wait till mid-August.
Although it is yet to be clarified whether late fees shall be waived off for the forms - 23AC, 23ACA, 23B, 20B, 21A for the period during which these are not available.
