FAQs on Central Registration Centre has been issued by Ministry of Corporate Affairs, in respect of application for name approval and Incorporation of Companies. Stakeholders were facing issues while making application for approval of name under INC-1 and Incorporation of Companies under INC 29 or INC 7, INC-22 & DIR-12. RESERVE BANK OF INDIA

1. RBI releases Governor's message to staff for wider dissemination: Dr. Raghuram G. Rajan, Governor, Reserve Bank of India sent a message to RBI staff today. Given the significance of the matter, the Reserve  Bank places the message on its website for wider dissemination. Click here for detail 


2. RBI holds 29th Annual Conference of State Finance Secretaries: The 29th Conference of the State Finance Secretaries (SFS) was held in Mumbai on June 17, 2016. The Conference was attended by Controller General of Accounts, Shri Mohan Joseph, Finance Secretaries of 28 States and Puducherry and the officials from Ministry of Finance and NITI Aayog.
