XBRL Applicability under Companies Act, 2013

The Companies (Filing of Documents and Forms in Extensible Business Reporting language) Rules, 2015. Ministry of Corporate Affairs had decided that companies falling in the following categories shall have to file their Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss Account under section 137 of the Companies Act, 2013 using the Extensible Business Reporting Language (XBRL) taxonomy for financial year commencing on or after 01.04.2014 in form AOC-4 XBRL:- all companies listed with any Stock Exchange(s) in India and their Indian subsidiaries; or all companies having paid up capital of Rupees five crore and above; or all companies having turnover of Rupees one hundred crore and above; or all companies which were hitherto covered under the Companies (Filing of Documents and Forms in Extensible Business Reporting Language) Rules, 2011: However, banking companies, Insurance Companies, Power companies and Non Banking Financial Companies (NBFC) are exempted from XBRL filing. ...

How to register your DSC on MCA Website.

REGISTER YOUR DSC ON MCA For registering your DSC on MCA Website, You may be facing problem in registration of DSC that when you click on "Select DSC" , It does't work. You need to do some system settings as following: Step I: JAVA Settings Open Control Panel-> Configure Java-> Settings-> Security-> Select High-> Edit Site List-> add http://www.mca.gov.in/ Step II: Settings in Trusted Sites of Internet Options. Internet Explorer-> Internet Options -> Security-> Trusted Sites-> Add-> http://www.mca.gov.in/ -> Custom Level -> Find Active X Controls and Plug-ins-> Select "Enable" for all options in this tab. COMPANIES FRESH START SCHEME, 2020 (CFSS-2020) The Central Government in exercise of powers conferred under Section 460 read with Section 403 of the Companies Act, 2013 has decided to introduce a scheme namely “COMPANIES FRESH START SCHEME, 2020 (CFSS-2020) , It shall facilitate the companies registered in India to make a fresh start on a clean slate. This scheme is one-time opportunity to enable defaulting companies to complete their pending compliances by filing necessary documents in the MCA-21 registry including annual filings forms, other returns, documents and statements without paying additional fees on account of delay and to avail immunity from launching of prosecution or proceedings for imposing penalty on account of delay associated with certain filings. In other words, defaulting companies shall require to pay only normal fees for filing of above-mentioned delayed documents during the currency of CFSS-2020.
